PARTIES: This Property Management Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between _______________________ ("Owner") and Sanders Property Management / Daniel Hart, licensed Utah real estate broker ("Manager").

7. OWNER REPRESENTATIONS: Owner represents that they hold clear title to the property, that it is in compliance with applicable housing codes, and that they have authority to enter this Agreement.

8. INSURANCE: Owner shall maintain property and liability insurance. Manager maintains E&O and general liability insurance.
